“Where you look affects how you feel.” ~David Grand, Ph.D.

Discovered by Dr. David Grand in 2003, Brainspotting is an innovative therapy that uses the client’s visual field to access unprocessed trauma. Brainspotting allows the client to bypass their “thinking brain” to a deeper subcortical emotional and body-based part of the brain. Unresolved trauma can effect our overall wellbeing. Brainspotting helps activate the body’s innate tendency to heal itself coupled with a dual attunement between the therapist and the client.
